Shipping & Returns
Nothing is more important to us than ensuring your artwork arrives safely. Each order is handled with great care so your piece reaches you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
All artworks are first placed in a clear protective sleeve or glassine paper and carefully sandwiched between sturdy cardboard to prevent bending or damage during transit. Items are then securely packaged in a rigid mailer or protective postal box, depending on size.
Please allow:
5–7 business days for processing original artwork orders
7–10 business days for art templates and digital print preparation
Shipping (Australia Post)
All orders are shipped via Australia Post by default.
Australia (Domestic)
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and parcel size.
Available options may include:
Australia Post Parcel Post (Standard) – tracked, approx. 2–6 business days
Australia Post Express Post – tracked, approx. 1–3 business days (metro areas faster)
International Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Australia Post international services.
Available options may include:
International Standard (Parcel Post International) – tracked, approx. 6–15+ business days (varies by destination)
International Express (EMS / Express Courier International) – tracked, approx. 3–7 business days
Tracking availability and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are unable to:
Predict or control customs charges
Cancel orders due to customs fees
Issue refunds for customs-related costs
These fees are non-refundable and are collected by the destination country’s customs authority.
Important Update for United States Customers
Please be aware that import regulations and duty thresholds may change. As customs policies are subject to government updates, U.S. orders may be subject to import taxes or duties depending on current legislation at the time of shipment. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds & Returns
Art is highly subjective and experienced differently by each person. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or request additional photos before purchasing if you would like more clarity on colours, textures, or composition.
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and confirms acceptance of the artwork as described. We do not offer refunds or returns on shipped items.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos so we can assist you.
